E. Hamer Associates, Ltd. has two distinct but closely related aims:

1. To provide premium private career management services to individuals in Canada and the US.

2. To help organizations throughout Canada and the US improve their overall corporate performance, using the methodology, standards and principles of Human Performance Technology (HPT)


About the Company

In 2003, Emma Hamer founded E. Hamer Associates, Ltd., as the culmination of her decade-long career shift towards individual and organizational performance improvement. After some 25 years as a documentation manager, business manager, operational director, and management consultant, the time was ripe to make it all come together with a special focus on real people and real solutions. Her approaches are steeped in her own special brand of connecting with people at a deep level of genuine caring, and of coming up with solutions that actually work.

Emma brings an eclectic range of talents to her chosen business. Creative, intuitive, people and results-oriented, she is a not-so-typical out-of-the-box thinker, who shakes things up, asks the hard questions, and inspires and motivates individuals to pursue and realize their career dreams. As one client wrote: I can now say "I love my job" I wasn't sure if I'd ever be able to say that anytime soon. With her corporate clients, she has earned a reputation for thoughtful, frank, and spot-on analysis and diagnosis of a wide range of performance issues, and for developing and implementing individual and group interventions to address these issues.
