News Archives Provocative presentation well received in London, UK and Boston, MA At the X-Pubs conference, held in June of this year in London, UK, Emma presented to a packed room on the behavioral changes required to benefit fully from the implementation of a Content Management System. The presentation, titled “New Behaviors for Success: Forging Content Collaborators out of Writers” was reprised at the DocTrain ‘06 Conference, in Boston, MA, held from October 3 - 5, 2006.
