Career Coaching & Career Strategy Programs Getting clarity and focus around your career goals, both short term and longer term, and developing and executing a strategy to reach these goals takes time, and a great deal of effort on your part. All one-on-one coaching programs are tailored to your specific needs, which we discuss and determine with you in a complimentary initial meeting. Based on our understanding of your needs, we will develop a proposal and match you to one of our coaches. We’ve worked with over 450 people over the past years, from a wide range of backgrounds, and with wildly different challenges. The one thing we can promise: it will be a transformational experience working with us. We pride ourselves on never – ever – assuming anything, and on treating each client with an appreciation for their unique talents and circumstances. To quote the great Tallulah Bankhead: “Cookie-cutter solutions, like bargain-basement dresses, fit no-one.” There are, however, common elements. Each program begins with an in-depth analysis of your strengths, your skills and attitudes, and generally culminates in a skills and achievements based résumé - or more than one résumé, if you wish to explore more than one career path. Subsequently the coaching focuses on developing and executing a strategy to develop, approach and enlist the help of professional contacts - the career marketing phase. We help you make sense of the information you bring back from your research interviews, and we help you identify – and exploit – opportunities. We can coach you in interview techniques, and we help you design interview and negotiation strategies.
