Career Coaching Fees

The cost of an individual coaching program varies; it depends to a large extent on the analysis of your situation, and the type of challenges you are facing. This initial analysis is offered free of charge, and at the end of the meeting, we will quote you a fee tailored to your unique circumstances. The decision to move forward is then up to you.

For some, a few hours of interview preparation and negotiation assistance may be all that is required. In other cases, we may want to start with a comprehensive series of psychometric assessments, followed by a complete career overhaul and a focused career marketing campaign, lasting up to 6 months. One thing we can promise – we will never urge you to retain us for things you don’t need help with.

But let us be clear – your success depends on your effort. If you do nothing, nothing will happen. However, if you are committed to change, and are willing to do the work, and put in the emotional and mental effort, you will eventually be successful. While we cannot guarantee that you will achieve career success within the coaching period, we can guarantee that you will have all the tools, methods, and concepts required for success.

To summarize, the investment in your career can range from as little as $300 to $3000, and beyond. If your (ex-) employer has offered career transition support as part of your severance, we will gladly contact them with the proposal we developed for you, and invoice the company directly.

When you retain E. Hamer Associates, Ltd. to help you with your career or leadership challenges, you are not simply buying our time. We like to think that you are accessing our collective knowledge, understanding and expertise, and benefiting from our ability to coach you through some significant transitions in your life and career.

Note: E. Hamer Associates, Ltd. works with its private clients on a retainer basis. Our fees are due before the coaching program begins; however, we will consider other arrangements, such as payment in two or three equal terms, for qualified clients. All fees are exclusive of 7% GST.

We accept personal cheques, cashier’s (or certified) cheques, or cash. We accept credit card payments through PayPal ®
