Consulting Rates

Whatever your company’s challenges, we’ll tailor a solution – and a consulting fee – that meets your needs. We’ll put together a project proposal and a roadmap, and we’ll provide our best estimate of the expected return on investment (ROI) to help you select the right solution for your organization. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions, but we do believe in working with you to get it right. Whatever ‘it’ is. Our focus is on helping you improve individual and organizational performance, with an emphasis on removing the many unintentional barriers to top-quality performance, and helping you manage the cultural change process.

Sometimes, we will suggest specific training to address gaps in competencies. In other instances, we could help you identify and develop internal candidates most likely to succeed in more responsible roles. If poor fit underlies performance problems, we’ll work with you to reallocate staff and select replacements. If the new IT systems aren’t bringing the benefits the vendor promised, the chances are good that your people need some help adjusting to their new roles and work processes. Whatever the problem, we’ll find the root causes, and we’ll suggest practical, workable solutions to fix ‘em. We can and do take on turnkey projects, where we provide temporary contract staff to pick up the slack, while your key employees are undergoing training and development.

For short-term projects, we can quote you a blended per diem rate, depending on the level of expertise required for each phase. A junior associate is billed at $675 per day; a senior associate with specific project management responsibilities may be billed at $1550 per day.

For more substantial change management or performance improvement projects, we will work with you to develop a proposal and a budget that reflects your commitment to work with us over a longer period of time.
