Philosophy E. Hamer Associates, Ltd.’s corporate philosophy is simple: Out-perform. Over-deliver. Have fun. What that means to you, the private career client, or to the people in companies we work with, is equally simple: Real change. Real results. Real fun. That’s not to say there won’t be times when you hate our guts; or that you wouldn’t cheerfully pummel us senseless, if you had the opportunity. We know that feeling. That’s because real change is darned hard work. For things to improve, sometimes they must get worse, first. You can count on us never taking the easy way out. We’ll never just tell you what you want to hear. We won’t let you deceive yourself, either, if we can at all help it. We assume you mean it when you say: “Things have got to improve around here.” And we believe in having fun. Loving what we do is what makes us so good at it. Enjoying your work is a prerequisite to being good at it, not a consequence. And there’s no sweeter taste – no giddier experience – than success. Above all: we want you to be successful, however you define success.
